  • Passport size photograph

Documents required for Registered office Address: –

  • NOC needed from the owner of the property
  • Address Proof- Latest Telephone bill or mobile bill/ gas bill/ electricity bill

NOTE:-

  1. Self-attested photocopy of PAN Card is a necessary document for private limited company registration process
  2. ­­­For address proof, the bank statement accepted shall be of 2 months latest statement.
  3. For directors and nominee’s identity proof, only driving license, voter ID or passport shall be accepted and not any other document.
  4. For Address Proof, is bank statement is provided then, it can be either be a bank passbook or an online net banking statement.
  5. All the required documents shall be clearly scanned and self attested.
  6. No other document other than the utility bill shall be accepted for the registered office address proof.
