    Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) is the competent authority of Delhi that holds the authority and responsibility to ensure that all industries within the city limits are working within the pollution limits prescribed by the authority.

    The State Pollution Control Committee is governed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) which has delegated all its powers and functions to DPCC under Section 4(4) of the Water Act & Section 6 of the Air Act.

    DPCC Delhi is committed to its mission of sustainable development by ensuring improvement in “Environment Quality” of National Capital “DELHI” through partnership with all Stakeholders.
