  1. Filing of Lab Testing for effluent discharge

A lab testing report is necessary to analyze the parameters by the authorized laboratory of DPCC. It is done to check whether the installed Pollution Control Device is meeting the required norms or not.

  1. Filing of Consent to operate for banquet

For Starting with banquet hall or marriage hall or party lawns, consent to operate is required which is an approval certificate given by the Pollution Control Board having a validity of 5 years.

  1. Inspection

Inspection will be done by the inspector assigned by the Delhi pollution authority to verify that all documents are properly maintained and submitted. And in case the inspector is not satisfied with the documents submitted, he can reject the application after the opportunity of being heard is given to the applicant.

  1. Issuance
